Dear Fellow Captain,

I am pleased to announce the date and cordially invite you to participate in the fourth annual Gerry Shuttleworth Memorial Trophy, to be held at Kloof Country Club on 20th May 2013.

As always, the Trophy will be contested by same-club 4-ball alliance teams, made up of Captains and past-Captains of KZN golf clubs and other qualified members of the Golf Captains Society of KZN. The current holders of the Floating Trophy are the team from Kloof Country Club, in fact winners two years in a row. (Must be local knowledge.) This year all teams must really give them a 'run for their money'.

Mixed teams, i.e. teams not made up of players from the same club, are welcome to participate and will be eligible for the other prizes on offer, including the 1st prize and individual prizes, but not the Trophy.

Please register by entering the names of your team, or individual name/s, by not later than 3rd May 2013. (The entry form is attached herewith.) Pre-payment by EFT or bank deposit is mandatory. Bank details on the entry form.
NB. Refunds will only be considered if 7 days' notice is given.

Please note : Only members of the Golf Captains Society are eligible to enter. Membership forms are available on our website www.gcsn.org.za as are other interesting items and a photo gallery of past events. New members welcome!

We had a good turn-out last year and look forward to the same this year, so please get your entry/payment in early, to avoid disappointment.
